Compared to the Q series’ metal case, the V8 has the advantage of flip-out feet to adjust the keyboard’s angle. The keycaps are all fairly standard, meaning you can easily find replacement keycaps (just be sure they have a split spacebar included, or pick a keyset with an add-on spacebar kit), and the switches are hot-swappable as well. The only real downside is that the layout and lighting can’t be customized wirelessly.
